Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via AWS Cognito.

Audio Files: When you upload audio files for stem separation, we store them in AWS S3 for processing. Separated stems are stored for your access.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized diagnostic logs (playback events, error reports) to improve app stability. These logs do not contain personal information or audio content.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-west-2). Audio files and stems are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information or audio content to third parties. Your audio files are only accessible to your account.

5. Data Retention

Audio files and stems are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual tracks at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data.

6. Offline Storage

The Morbas iOS app downloads stems to your device for offline playback. This data is stored locally and can be cleared from the app settings or by signing out.

7. Third-Party Services

• AWS Cognito — authentication
• AWS S3 — file storage
• AWS DynamoDB — metadata storage

These services are governed by the AWS Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
